Christmas & New Year Terms and Conditions:
Please take the following into consideration when selecting your dates :
All pets NOT boarding over Christmas need to leave by Monday 22nd December.
From the 23rd December - 11th January, check in and check out of your pet/s are STRICTLY the times below ONLY.
Failure to pick up your pets in the allocated time will result in an additional daily charge.
For all other boarding $50 per pet for Christmas & $50 per pet for New Years.
* This deposit will come off your total invoice.
* You will then be contacted in October regarding the booking – finalising of dates and FULL PAYMENT will be expected. After this date note that there are no refunds or credits for early returns or change of dates.
* All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay your boarding by the due date, will result in booking cancellation and the loss of your deposits paid.

NOTE: Christmas & New Years deposits are considered separate - so if you book over both Christmas and New Years, you will need to pay the 2 deposits. So if you change your booking later and only require Christmas, you forfeit and loose your New Years deposit that was paid.
